Program Overview
The R.E.S.T.O.R.E. Program is an 8-week, trauma-informed group program designed to support men in rebuilding their lives through mental health, skill development, and community connection.
This program focuses on practical, real-life skills including emotional regulation, stress and anger management, communication, goal-setting, and building stability in daily life. Sessions are structured and interactive, allowing participants to actively learn, practice, and apply new tools in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
R.E.S.T.O.R.E. is open to men navigating life challenges, transitions, or looking to improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Who Is This Program For?
This program may be a good fit for men who are:
- Experiencing stress, overwhelm, or difficulty managing emotions
- Navigating life transitions (relationships, work, personal challenges)
- Looking to improve communication and relationships

No prior experience with group programs or counselling is required.
What to Expect
Each weekly session is approximately 2 hours and follows a structured format that includes:

- Interactive activities and exercises
- Opportunities for reflection and peer support
The program focuses on learning and applying skills in real-life situations, rather than being discussion-only.
