Join Us at the Canadian Centre for Men and Families
Meet and Greet
Sunday, September 28 at 3:00 PM
152 Carlton Street, Unit 201
Come visit our new home: Toronto’s first “Men’s Centre.”
Leaders from Toronto social service agencies, community organizations, men’s groups and the Canadian Centre for Men and Families staff will be in attendance.
And meet our special advisors for boy’s education Dr. James Brown, for male studies Silvia Medrano and for parental alienation Robert Samery.
Food and beverages will be provided.
Featuring brief remarks from our special guest, The Honourable Roger Gallaway. Gallaway is a former Mayor, Member of Parliament and Member of the Queen’s Privy Council. He was House Chair of a committee that recommended shared parenting in its report For the Sake of the Children. He is an Advisory Fellow to the Canadian Association for Equality.
This “Meet and Greet” is an opportunity to learn about the upcoming programs, services and campaigns at the first centre in Toronto dedicated to outreach and public education on all issues related to boys, men, fathers and families, and to provid feedback and input as we work to further the health and well-being of those in need in our community.
We hope to see you all soon!
Denise Fong
Outreach Director,
Canadian Centre for Men and Families and the Canadian Association for Equality
