Feedback from Clients of Sita Kaith
“Since my first appointment March 31st, 2017, my life has improved immensely. I express myself better, open up to people more. I am more sensitive towards others. I owe all this success to Sita. It’s now April 2018 and I feel excellent. Thanks very much.”
“I am very glad to have had the opportunity to meet Sita. When I had more financial opportunities I worked with therapists and it was paid by me. But here I experienced a higher level of care and I felt that it is important for her how well I was doing. She prepared before our meetings and remembered where we were at last time, as well as other info that I told her a long time ago. I also like that she is flexible, we can talk about whatever is important for me in the moment rather than what we thought we are going to talk about last time. She can be practical and talk about work, finances and plans. She can also talk about feelings and help me to look deeper into the world of feelings and thoughts. In other words, she helps me in whatever can be the most beneficial for me and I feel grateful for that. Thank you for this opportunity.”
“Excellent, patient, professional, understanding, best thing I ever did for my child.”
“Today was a great session. I feel we covered a lot of issues with great results.”
“After 6 sessions with Sita I have found that I am feeling better about myself and the way I relate to others.”
“Practical advice on dealing with crisis.”
“I have found my counselling sessions with Sita to be extremely helpful. I cannot stress how valuable Sita’s care and counselling have been to me. I look forward to continuing my counselling and continuing to apply all that I have learned towards my life.”
“I feel Sita is very helpful. She gives me good advice and it helps. Sita is very nice and gives me good encouragement. She has provided me with many resources to help me with any challenges or issues that I face. She is very friendly and I have a good relationship with her. I hope she continues to be helpful towards me and continues to give me guidance.”
“We feel better equipped moving forward with the exceptional advice and direction provided by Sita Kaith, this morning at our meeting. Navigating this obstacle filled and life changing event has been extraordinarily challenging. It could not get any more unpredictable and volatile than it is which requires quick and thoughtful responses to repeated attack oriented daily events.”

“Sita is great. She is a very hands on therapist who empowers me to make shifts in a very cognitive manner. She gives me a lot of hard work which challenges me to change my life in a positive manner, to not get stuck in the negativity. I am regenerating greatly from this therapy because it’s more grounded in the everyday actions that I can do to change my life for the better. And I appreciate this greatly.”
“Sita has been great about allowing me to cover as much as I can in the time that we have, and for helping me to put some stuff into perspective and strategize for best course of action to take. I look forward to continuing to work with Sita to make further progress.”
“Sita is so soothing and understanding, and I’m more than happy I’m getting the help and direction that I’ve been desperately looking for. I’ve never addressed myself the way I am beginning to now.”
“My session with Sita Kaith is a great eye opener. She taught me a lot of positive thinking I never thought of. Se empowered me with great knowledge and critical thinking.”
“When I first met with you I felt that the only choice I had was to leave my 10 year relationship but through talking I have had an opportunity to look at different methods to save it, or at least come up with other plans to help repair the damages and possibly change the dynamics of my family. In the short time I have been here, I have learned it is easier for me to change than change my wife or daughter. Because I am changing I feel that my family is also adjusting to the new me – in a more positive manner. I am hoping that one day soon my wife and daughter will join me in counselling. At least now I feel there is hope.”
“It is great to have this service. It helps me to move through my life. You are very empathic. You are very respectful. You are great!”
“I have truly benefited so far from these sessions. I feel I’m getting great feedback and advice.”
“I am very happy and comfortable with Sita. She is giving me insight that wasn’t available with other counselors. Her understanding of unique situations is above expectations. She is giving me the confidence to approach situations and deal with it. I feel that I am learning a lot about me in general and my family as a whole.”
“I am finding every counselling session with Sita to be of great value to me. She makes me feel at ease and she understands my situation. She provides me with outstanding advice that I can apply directly to my situation. Every time I leave her office after counselling I feel happy and have the tools to deal with anxiety. She provides me with positive reinforcement.”
“I have found that my counselling has enabled me the opportunity to find more constructive approaches as I move forward with my future.”
“Being I am a man that has been unable to find support within the Ontario system. I as well as my children have been abused and have been treated very poorly. I have had nowhere to go and if I want help I have to pay considering. I am in court with bills and trying to support three children with no support from my ex. I am appreciative to have someone to talk to to let out my problems and get some form of feedback as to things I could do to help myself and my kids. It is a very personal and lonely road you take when you go through this. Nobody should be doing this alone. I need the support for me and my kids and I need to feel what I am doing is right and proper. I thank you for continuous support.”
“I have only known Sita for a very short time, though very quickly I have understood her to be a very sympathetic, caring and attentive listener. I am happy to say that she has been able to help me through a difficult and very confusing part of my life, when I was unclear who to turn to for answers. Her recommendations proved very useful, and she challenged many of my negative assumptions with alternative perspectives. I leave every session feeling more grateful and positive than when I went in”
“Every time I left I feel relief and listened to… all advice helped me to feel better and less stressed”
“Before coming here, I felt directionless and I did not know what to do. However, after having these sessions with Sita, I feel that there is something that I can do. I get good advice and I find it very easy to bring up everything. I feel very comfortable during these sessions and also get the feeling of hope. I do look forward to talking to her more and get her help in solving my mental and marital issues.
Sita is wonderful. She is kind, attentive and makes you very comfortable. She has a strong ability to pin point areas and build strategies to help you work through issues.
It makes me happy that I can sit and talk about my problem with someone that listens.
The help and guidance I have gotten from my sessions with Sita has been instrumental in helping me get through my issues. I appreciate the support and the knowledge I have gained. Sita is compassionate, wise and takes matters to heart. I genuinely believe she wants the best for me. It is rare to come across such a person.
I think the sessions with Sita have been going quite well. There seems to be a considerable shift in my disposition since I started coming. I seem to have come to more acceptance and a more positive outlook than before. I like Sita’s approach and she seems genuinely interested in helping me move forward with my life. I enjoy our sessions and they are thought provoking and insightful.
In my experience, I have found Sita to be professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am confident that I will obtain a positive outcome. I respect her, and listen to what she says and try to implement her advice. I am happy that the Canadian Centre for Men and Families has a professional like Sita available, and I am confident she will help others to be successful as well.
Sita helped by listening and I felt unconditional regard for what I spoke/shared. I never felt rushed. I felt encouraged and I don’t often get that from other counsellors. I sensed Sita to be relaxed, sure and unafraid of me despite the challenging emotions shared.
I have found the discussions so far very helpful. For me the mix of reflection, the ability and place to speak out loud my thoughts and feelings (which is a major part of how I process things) and the mix of listening vs. probing vs. active suggestions is great. I was concerned that counselling would only be reflections, but having “talks” works well for me.
Sita has given me a purpose in doing homework and other tasks and has been very encouraging and I know she understands what I have been through/going through. Her suggestion of getting involved in peer to peer support is brilliant, if not inspired. She has been a key person in my recovery
