The Canadian Centre for Men and Families (CCMF) is offering a free anger management program. Participants of this program will develop coping skills to manage anger that has grown disruptive to their daily life. The program is running every Thursday evening from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.

All eligible candidates are welcome and are highly encouraged to apply.

The anger management program will run for 8-12 consecutive weeks and cover numerous topics, helping participants form strategies and tools to overcome their anger issues.
